Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal support, with experience in document review, legal research, and executive administrative support. This role is essential in assisting attorneys with various tasks related to patent law and securities law, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Review and analyze documents related to contracts, patents, and securities law.
- Transcribe legal documents and correspondence accurately.
- Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including contracts and briefs.
- Maintain organized files using iManage or similar document management systems.
- Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the documentation process.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a law office setting.
- Familiarity with patent law and securities law is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in document review processes and contract management.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
