Compensation:

$200 - $350 hourly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

Conduct comprehensive patentability assessments to advise clients on IP protection strategies
Draft and prepare clear, strategic patent applications across various technological sectors
Prosecute patent applications with skill, precision, and tenacity to secure the best outcomes for clients
Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to provide forward-thinking, client-centered advice
Collaborate with a talented team of IP professionals, including attorneys and paralegals, dedicated to client success

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

JD from an accredited law school
5+ years of experience in patent assessment, drafting, and prosecution
Strong technical background in engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred
USPTO registration is required; bar admission in California, Nevada, Texas, Florida, or Indiana is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
