We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Support Specialist to join our team! You will perform administrative and clerical functions in order to drive client and company success.

Job Description:

Support the court reporting department by completing various tasks associated with depositions, transcripts, and video recording/reporting for the company.
Previous scheduling of depositions will bring a higher salary

Job Requirements:

Process incoming court reporting transcripts and exhibits (data entry of case, client, and billing info)
Organizational skills and balancing your workload without missing deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and paralegals and legal secretaries
Extremely detail oriented, highly organized with the ability to cope with an ever changing workflow.
Accurate typing and proofreading skills required; Typing 50+ WPM
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Adobe Pro
Transcript binding, scanning, and emailing
Flexibility to work after hours as needed (not a regular occurrence)
Communicating via E-mail and telephone with clients in a professional and pleasant manner
Court e-Filings Vendor Payroll
A/R Payments

Added Skills Preferred:

Experience with Solaria, MR8, Real-Legal & YesLaw
Prior Managerial or Supervisory Skills
Legal experience (administrative) or court reporting experience is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and paralegals
High energy

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
