Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of civil litigation experience, with a strong focus on jury trials in both state and federal courts. This role requires someone who is capable of managing complex litigation cases, overseeing a team of junior attorneys, and delivering successful outcomes in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception through trial, including discovery, motions, settlement negotiations, and trials.
Conduct substantial jury trials with a proven track record of success in state and federal courts.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients in complex civil litigation matters.
Oversee, mentor, and manage a team of junior attorneys and support staff.
Collaborate with other senior attorneys on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional cases.
Maintain a high level of client communication and satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest legal trends, rulings, and legislative developments relevant to civil litigation.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Pennsylvania.
10+ years of experience.
Demonstrated success in both state and federal court proceedings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
