Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law mainly personal injury. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw, and the ability to navigate complex legal issues effectively. The Attorney will represent clients in legal proceedings, provide sound legal advice, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Duties

Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in personal injury cases and other disputes.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas including Tribal law regulations, securities law, patent law, and environmental law.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.
Manage case files efficiently while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Experience

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in personal injury law or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with Tribal law regulations is a plus.
Experience with securities law or patent law is advantageous.
Strong legal administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent negotiation skills are essential for successful client representation.
Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,616.00 - $94,661.00 per year
