Duties:

Conduct assessments on intellectual property related to various emerging technologies.
Advise on general patent-related issues, including government rights to royalties and freedom to operate.
Support the Office of General Counsel (OGC) in drafting contract terms for business innovation considerations.

Experience Requirements:

10+ years professional experience
Demonstrated experience in document management, IP tracking, and patent reporting.
Prior experience working with IP in health or healthcare technology sectors.
Experience supporting government agencies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; J.D. preferred.

Salary: $120-125K
