Duties:
- Conduct assessments on intellectual property related to various emerging technologies.
- Advise on general patent-related issues, including government rights to royalties and freedom to operate.
- Support the Office of General Counsel (OGC) in drafting contract terms for business innovation considerations.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in document management, IP tracking, and patent reporting.
- Prior experience working with IP in health or healthcare technology sectors.
- Experience supporting government agencies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; J.D. preferred.

Salary: $120-125K
