Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Nevada attorney with proven experience or specialization in Personal Injury and Premises Liability Law. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a key role in handling complex cases while advancing your career in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury and premises liability matters from inception through resolution.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.

Engage in settlement negotiations, mediations, and court appearances as required.

Work closely with clients, providing clear communication and updates on case progress.

Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies that deliver favorable results.

Qualifications:

Active license to practice law in Nevada (required).

Experience in personal injury and/or premises liability law.

Strong legal research, writing, and litigation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:
