Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Nevada attorney with proven experience or specialization in Personal Injury and Premises Liability Law. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a key role in handling complex cases while advancing your career in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury and premises liability matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Engage in settlement negotiations, mediations, and court appearances as required.
- Work closely with clients, providing clear communication and updates on case progress.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies that deliver favorable results.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in Nevada (required).
- Experience in personal injury and/or premises liability law.
- Strong legal research, writing, and litigation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
