Billables: 1700
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office
The firm offers a $7500 relocation assistance. Person needs to stay with the firm for a year.
Patent Agent Qualifications:
- MS/PhD or equivalent in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, material science, related medical device technology or similar.
- 3+ years solid experience in patent prosecution, as well as some experience in patent portfolio analysis, due diligence or other IP transactional matters; experience in PTAB proceedings would be a plus but is not required.
- Law firm experience
- Registered to practice before the USPTO.
