Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our Patent team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support from the initial complaint through trial.

Responsibilities
-Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings when necessary

-Assist in patent prosecution due diligence searches and reviews

-USPTO Filings, docketing PTAB
- Organize, review, and maintain case files and evidence
- Conduct legal research on case laws and regulations
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts for case preparation
- Manage document production and discovery processes
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and trials

Requirements
- 7+ years of legal experience

- Proven experience as a Patent Litigation Paralegal
- Experience working with MyUSPTO and TotalPatent
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Project management skills are a plus
