The successful candidate will work closely with our Creative team (creative directors, copywriters, designers, art directors), external agencies, and many internal stakeholders to produce distinctive, best-in-class work that attracts and converts new customers and engages our existing community of listeners in authentic and compelling ways. This role is a hybrid project management and production role and the ideal candidate with have extensive experience in both areas. Creative Project Manager - Producer - Pay And Benefits
- Hourly pay: $65-75/hr (Pay varies based on candidate's experience)

Creative Project Manager - Producer - Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end 360-degree creative development and production life-cycle for a variety of marketing intiatives including Content Marketing, Brand, Experiential, and Business Development.
- Maintain a 30,000ft view of the campaigns you’re responsible for while also being ‘in the weeds’ of hundreds of deliverables, specs, and rolling delivery dates per campaign.
- Develop comprehensive and complex multi-month schedules identifying all major creative milestones from concept, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery.
- Partner closely with the Creative Director on each project to identify the best resources for executing the creative. This may be a combination of internal creatives, external agency(s), and/or freelance support.
- Work very closely with external creative agencies for kick-off, briefing, budgets, scopes, schedules, deliverables, and have a deep understanding of how their workflow and timeline fit into our larger internal creative schedule.
- Work with external production companies and internal partners to execute large-scale photo and video shoots. Secure photographers and/or director, negotiate production budgets, draft contracts, coordinate talent logistics, coordinate glam needs, photo selects etc.
- Shoot management will be a combination of projects you are fully owning and projects that require production-only support.
- Lead regular status meetings with the Creative team and be the source of information for all deliverables, specs, due dates, and milestones. Make sure this information is presented in a clear way so Creative team is always aware of key dates and priorities. The ability to distill and translate complex information into clear takeaways and actions for Creatives and agencies is integral to this role.
- Identify, vet, and onboard new creative agencies and production companies
- Manage all compliance aspecs of a project including but not limited to; multiple Legal reviews for all stages of creative development and production; music, photo, footage, font licensing; talent or third-party reviews and approvals.
- Manage all budgets and administrative tasks for campaigns including but not limited to; expense tracking; SOWs; POs; invoices; budget wrap reports; licensing wrap reports.
- Actively participate in work sessions to evaluate current ways of working, makes suggestions for improvement, and follow through on execution.
Creative Project Manager - Producer - Qualifications
- 10+ years project management and production experience preferably at a TV network, creative agency, or entertainment company.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Extensive video and photo shoot planning and production experience.
- Experience delivering creative assets across a variety of media channels including but not limited to; digital advertising; broadcast; OOH; paid social; organic social; experiential.
- Experience with budgeting, licensing, contracts and legal reviews.
- Some experience with creative tools like Figma and Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing a large volume of complex creative campaigns.
- Strong organization and time management skills with ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-faced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software like AirTable, Robohead, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of video and digital file types
- Familiarity with AI and how it can be leveraged for project management is a plus.

Compensation: From $65.00 to $75.00 per hour
