*Job Overview*
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commerical litigation law, legal drafting, and litigation, with the ability to handle a variety of legal matters. Personal Injury experience is a plus.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on complex legal matters
- Manage a caseload and ensure cases are progressing efficiently
- Collaborate with partners and other team members on legal strategies
*Skills*
- Proficiency in securities law, personal injury law, patent law, and other relevant areas
- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents
- Experience with Lexis-Nexis or other legal research tools
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Familiarity with law office procedures and practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
