A regional law firm in Seattle is seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to join their team.

The salary range is 80-115k with additional bonus earnings, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, a 401k with a company match, 15+ days PTO, paid holidays, paid parking or bus pass and other perks.

The role would support multiple attorneys with both foreign and domestic patent application processes in the computer science category. Basic tasks include:
Drafting, proofreading, and revising applications
Filing with USPTO, WIPO and other foreign agencies
Maintaining their docketing system and calendaring deadlines
Corresponding with clients

3+ Years of experience as a Patent Prosecution Paralegal
Experience with both foreign and domestic application processes
Prior experience handling the full cycle of patent prosecution, not just maintenance or supporting outside counsel
Proficient with IP docketing and case management software, training provided on the firm's specific software during onboarding
Fluent in mandarin, a huge plus, but not required
Strong written and verbal communication, organized, timely and proactive
