We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including family law, immigration law, and estate planning. This role requires excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to litigate effectively on behalf of clients. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception through trial, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including tribal law regulations and patent law where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials and hearings.
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide legal advice in areas such as family law, immigration law, estate planning, and patent law.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation in compliance with legal administrative standards.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect ongoing cases.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and active license to practice law.
- Proven experience in litigation with a focus on family law or immigration law preferred.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation techniques.
- Familiarity with tribal law regulations is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
