Leydig has an opening for a Patent Paralegal with 2+ years of experience. Individual must be able to prepare support documentation and file US, PCT and international patent applications; draft correspondence and non-substantive prosecution documents; manage docket; and conduct electronic patent database searches. Person will also be responsible for client status reports; obtaining patents, file histories, and certified copies; proofing patents and special projects as requested.
Candidates should have a good attention to detail, the ability to work independently and proactively, and possess strong basic computer skills using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
