DiBerardino McGovern IP Group (DMIP Group) is seeking a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to join our team. Applicants who have 1-7 years of experience in U.S. patent preparation and prosecution and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Physics are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include drafting and filing patent applications, patent prosecution before the US Patent & Trademark Office, collaborating with clients to understand their inventions and provide strategic advice on patentability, maintaining accurate records and documentation of all legal processes and communications.

This position pays based on a commission model in which the salary is proportional to work performed.
