With our continued growth, we are looking to add associate attorneys to our practice. We look for candidates with sharp legal minds, excellent communication and writing skills, and a willingness to learn and make a commitment to getting the job done at a high level.
For attorneys with 5-10 years of litigation experience, we have openings for candidates interested in a challenging litigation position. You will defend product liability and general liability cases in both State and Federal Courts. The right candidate will be given significant responsibility, including motions, discovery, case management and development of litigation strategy. The position offers the opportunity to litigate against accomplished opponents in high-exposure cases.
If you are an attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience and are looking for your opportunity, we offer a chance to take the next career step and further your litigation skills by taking depositions, attending hearings, and developing and executing litigation strategy on cases. Of course, a J.D. from an accredited law school and a current Texas License is required.
