We are seeking to hire an experienced Attorney for a General Counsel position in our Forest Hill, Maryland corporate headquarters. The primary responsibilities of the General Counsel involve a variety of practice areas including administrative law, contracts, employment law and real estate. This full-time employment opportunity in scenic Harford County offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development.
General Responsibilities:
- Provide legal and strategic advice to the executive management team.
- Draft and review contracts, documents and policies.
- Explore and negotiate acquisitions, both transactional and real estate to include land use and zoning matters.
- Advise executive members on existing and new laws that will impact the business.
- Draft and review legal strategy in response to any litigation.
Requirements:
- A practicing attorney with 5+ years of legal experience.
- A member in good standing of the bar of Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania or Virginia.
- An effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Salary: $120,000.00 - $150,00.00 annually.
