Our nationwide law firm concentrates on solving problems faced by entities that own or hold liens on motor vehicles. If an issue impacts motor vehicle ownership, we likely have a service to provide and, due to the number of motor vehicles in our clients' portfolios, we are not short on work!
With this volume, we are constantly growing. This is not only great news for those seeking entry-level positions, but new supervisory and management positions are regularly being created. Being a niche firm does not translate to being a small firm.
All of our lawyers are full-time employees, and we currently do not establish of-counsel arrangements or co-counsel arrangements. We look for great lawyers in every state and in all sorts of practice areas. Due to the nightmare that would be conflict checks of outside consumer representation, no outside client representation is permitted.
Nationally, we need a wide range of lawyers. Some of the practice areas in need include research and writing, insurance, corporate governance, contracts, information security, intellectual property, arbitration, appellate, secured transactions, and professional responsibility/ethics. With our current growth, even non-traditional practice areas will be considered.
To attract and keep the best talent, we offer salaries commensurate with experience and a competitive benefits package. We offer what you'd expect a great firm would offer; health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, FSA (depending on your chosen health plan), HSAs (depending on your chosen health plan), life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, and much more!
