Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 7+ years of experience *litigating* patent cases as a licensed attorney.
- Experience with patent prosecution, trade secrets, copyright, and other IP matters, and familiarity across the technology, biotechnology, and telecommunications space as well.
- Admitted to practice before the USPTO.
