Qualifications:

Must have a New Jersey State bar license in good standing and ideally be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Must have 1-3 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical or mechanical arts
Must have superior academic credentials
Must have patent prosecution experience
Must have excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
