Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal Assistant to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the legal field and possess a strong foundation in legal research and drafting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and gain valuable insights into various legal areas.

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts
- Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence
- Manage and organize case files using iManage or similar software
- Support attorneys in trial preparation and case management
- Familiarity with Tribal law regulations and Patent law is a plus

Experience
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant is preferred
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Legal drafting techniques is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.57 - $22.00 per hour
