Position: Senior IP Litigation Paralegal
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of case preparation, including document
- collection, organization, and review
- Assist with drafting and finalizing legal documents, pleadings, and
- correspondence
- Coordinate and oversee e-discovery processes, including document
- production and review
- Conduct legal research and compile case law relevant to ongoing
- litigation
- Prepare and maintain case files and manage case-related databases
- Provide trial preparation and support, including organizing exhibits,
- preparing trial binders, and coordinating logistics
- Liaise with court personnel, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure
- seamless case management
- Work across diverse attorney styles and adapt to varying preferences
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an IP litigation paralegal, federal court
- litigation experience required
- Patent litigation experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Familiarity with Box (internal document management), Everlaw (e-
- discovery), and Timesolv (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent written
- and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High school diploma required; higher education preferred
