What the work will look like:
- Preparation and prosecution of patent applications
- Development and patentability analysis for clients
- Assisting on Matters Before Patent Offices
- Patent prosecution strategies for business growth and success
- Collaborating with inventors and attorneys
- Writing Office Actions
- Conducting patent searches
What you look like:
- Advanced Degree: Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field
- Strong Academic Record
- Technical expertise and research experience, preferably patent-related or industry experience
- Patent bar eligibility
- Multidisciplinary experiences
