A national law firm with a thriving Charlotte office is seeking an IP Litigation associate to join the firm's Intellectual Property & Technology Services group. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IP litigation including but not limited to patent, trademark, copyright and trade secrets litigation. Federal court experience is preferred, but not required. The position will primarily consist of preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science or computer engineering is required.
