Qualifications:
- At least one year of solid patent drafting and prosecution experience dealing with software related patents
- Likely a degree in computer science or computer engineering
- Other engineering discipline will be considered if you have an exceptional software and computer science background
- Must have excellent writing ability and be able to provide writing samples
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, as you will deal directly with inventors and clients
- USPTO license
