Requirements

USPTO registration required.
Familiarity with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution.
Prior law firm experience required; industry experience or patent litigation exposure is a plus.
Exceptional academic credentials and strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications.
Collaborate with clients in various industries, providing strategic patent portfolio management.
Draft high-quality patent applications and office action responses.

Support due diligence, patent litigation, or licensing matters as needed.
