We are looking for a seasoned Intellectual Property Attorney Partner to join our innovative and team-oriented firm. The successful candidate will bring more than a decade of experience advising clients on sophisticated IP issues, including trademarks, copyrights, patent prosecution, IP litigation, and portfolio management. This position provides an opportunity to tackle cutting-edge cases alongside a team of accomplished attorneys.

IP Attorney Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in intellectual property law, including litigation, portfolio strategy, and transactional work.
- In-depth understanding of trademark, copyright, and patent law, with expertise in prosecution and enforcement.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex IP matters and deliver strategic legal solutions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Established book of business and strong skills in client relationship management.
- Active membership with the Florida Bar; a technical or scientific background is highly desirable for patent-related matters.
