Duties
-Conduct investigation, legal research, and assessment
- Manage and organize legal case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Conduct thorough document review and legal drafting to support litigation efforts.
- Assist in the preparation of trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and discovery documents.
-Help with case settlements
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases.
- Utilize document management systems to maintain up-to-date records of all case-related documents.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
- Support attorneys in patent law matters by conducting research and preparing relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines throughout the litigation process.
Experience
-Must have five years in Plaintiff personal injury
- Proven experience as a paralegal in a law office setting, with a focus on litigation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with legal case management software and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $60,832.09 - $80,500.00 per year
