*Job Summary*
As a Patent Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation.
*Duties*
- Conduct legal research on patent laws and regulations
- Draft and file patent applications with the appropriate authorities
- Advise clients on intellectual property matters, including patent infringement issues
- Represent clients in patent litigation cases
- Review and analyze patent-related documents
- Provide counsel on patent portfolio management and strategy
*Experience*
- Strong knowledge of patent law and intellectual property rights
- Experience in legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Proficiency in legal drafting related to patents
- Familiarity with other areas of law such as workers compensation, family law, environmental law, and estate planning is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $143,000.00 - $204,200.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
