As a tech-enabled law firm, the available patent attorney/agent position is fully remote with a flexible schedule.

As a key member of our patent team, your role will be multifaceted. You'll contribute directly to the success of our clients and our firm through the following responsibilities:
Essential Duties
- Preparing and drafting software related provisional and non-provisional patent applications.
- Responding to communications (e.g., Office Actions) from the USPTO.
- Ability to manage docket, meet deadlines, and produce results.
Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of experience preparing and drafting software related patent applications.
- Must provide a completed Software Patent example.
- Licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in an efficient manner.
- Experience in drafting software-related patent applications is a BIG plus.
