Position and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and junior patent attorney (2-5 years experience) to provide comprehensive support to our dynamic executive team in growing our technology business. The ideal candidate will work in our organization by gathering, organizing and drafting various patent applications and files for court cases, advising stakeholders, conducting prior art and other legal research, and managing outside counsel. Experience related to the tech industry extremely helpful. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications and Experience
· A minimum experience of one (1) year as a patent attorney, preferably in Big Law and/or in-house.
· Investigative mind and strong research skills.
· Knowledge and experience with filings in the USPTO.
· Experience in preparing legal reports, documentation and reporting.
· Must have excellent understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
· Excellent communication, writing, and time management skills.
· IP litigation analysis
· Drafting patents..
· Litigation experience.
· Licensed to practice law.
