Collier Legal is seeking 1-2 Trademark Attorneys to join the firm on a part-time basis. This position is not exclusive, and is perfect for solo practitioners or attorneys with a flexible schedule.

Collier Legal is a growing business and IP firm, with a focus on patents and trademarks. The firm is looking for 1-2 attorneys to support this growth.
Position Overview
We are looking for trademark attorneys that can join the firm part-time. There are no guaranteed hours. However, the firm receives multiple new trademark clients each month, and occasionally receives opposition matters.
We are looking for candidates that are open to increasing workload and working with the firm long-term, even if a part-time relationship is maintained. The selected candidates will be listed on the firm's website (name and picture only) and must be willing to be client-facing.
Pay is based on experience, and may increase after continued engagement with the firm.
Qualifications
- Active bar license.
- Experience with trademark clearance and infringement searches.
- Experience with trademark applications for Standard and Special Character Marks.
- Experience with trademark oppositions.
- Willingness to be listed on firm website.
- Ability to communicate with clients.
- Strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
