A solo patent and trademark firm is looking to expand its practice by teaming up with another solo or small patent firm. The mind set is to further expand our capabilities to better legitimize and serve our clients. The individuals should be a partner-level IP attorney with their own book of business. The individual should have ambition to grow their firm and is looking to be part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Patent preparation and prosecution
- Trademark preparation and prosecution
- IP opinion work
- Business generation
Several discussions should be expected to ensure we make a good team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
