Our client, a large global law firm, who needs a part-time, remote Technical Patent Litigator to assist on a case through at least the end of January with likely extensions.
Varied work, including analyzing documents, preparing deposition outlines, discovery requests and responses, possibly some legal analysis. Experience in handling technical issues and patent issues.
A computer science background is preferred. Admission to at least one state bar. Likely rate between $150/hr and $175/hr.
