We are seeking a proactive and motivated Paralegal to join our compliance and legal team. This role is 100% virtual, offering you the flexibility to manage your work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the legal field, demonstrate intrinsic motivation, and possess a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in compliance or securities law preferred.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Compliance Testing and Documentation (Email Review, Billing Review, Advertising Review, Etc.)
- Assist with drafting and maintaining corporate records and contracts
- Organize legal documents and maintain charts, spreadsheets, files, and status trackers
- Preparation of opinion letters regarding restrictive legends and applicable backup materials
- Assist in reorganizations of corporate subsidiaries and related matters
- File corporate annual reports and related filings in various states
- Trial prep and support
- Providing administrative support for documents and activities related to corporate restructurings, such as mergers, formations, and dissolutions
- Manage email inbox and calendar
Qualifications:
