We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to work as an independent contractor (1099) to assist with patent preparation and prosecution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and practical experiences of drafting and prosecuting high-quality patent applications.
Key responsibilities are preparation of U.S. patent applications and responses to Office Actions.
Required B.S. or higher degree(s) of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science.
This is a 1099 contract position with compensation provided on a per-case basis.
